I am planning to make a comparison between the Japanese and Taiwanese Audit & Supervisory Board systems（監查役與監察人） in order to gain new insights into the Japanese Audit & Supervisory Board system. In the course of this research, I will also focus on the comparison between Audit committee and 監查役與監察人 of both countries, and on the relationship between sustainability and 監查役與監察人.
