\u4f86\u81fa\u5ba2\u5ea7\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u958b\u555f\u81fa\u5927\u8207\u5317\u6d77\u9053\u5927\u5b78\u5169\u6821\u9577\u4e45\u53cb\u8abc<\/h4>\n

\u9234\u6728\u6559\u6388\u5728 1991 \u5e74\u6642\u6210\u70ba\u5317\u6d77\u9053\u5927\u5b78\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7cfb\u526f\u6559\u6388\u3002\u56e0\u7232\u653f\u6cbb\u7cfb\u540c\u4e8b\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u5728 1999 \u5e74\u53d7\u5230\u8ca1\u5718\u6cd5\u4eba\u4ea4\u6d41\u5354\u6703(\u73fe\u65e5\u672c\u53f0\u7063\u4ea4\u6d41\u5354\u6703)\u7684\u88dc\u52a9\uff0c\u5230\u53f0\u5927\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7cfb\u5ba2\u5ea7\u534a\u5e74\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u8a8d\u8b58\u53f0\u7063\uff0c\u66f4\u767c\u73fe\u539f\u4f86\u8b1b\u4e2d\u6587\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0d\u7528\u4e00\u76f4\u6372\u820c\uff0c\u4e0d\u7528\u9019\u9ebc\u7d2f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9234\u6728\u6559\u6388\u5373\u5728\u7576\u5e74\u4ee3\u8868\u5317\u6d77\u9053\u5927\u5b78\u6cd5\u5b78\u90e8\u8207\u53f0\u5927\u6cd5\u5b78\u9662\u7c3d\u7f72\u9662\u7cfb\u5408\u4f5c\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u5f9e\u6b64\u958b\u555f\u5317\u6d77\u9053\u5927\u5b78\u8207\u81fa\u5927\u5169\u6821\u9593\u7684\u53cb\u8abc\u3002\u7576\u6642\u6709\u4e00\u4f4d\u81fa\u5927\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7cfb\u7684\u5973\u5b78\u751f\u540d\u70ba\u9ec3\u8a69\u6df3\uff0c\u5373\u900f\u904e\u5408\u4f5c\u5354\u8b70\u5230\u5317\u6d77\u9053\u5927\u5b78\u4ea4\u63db\uff0c\u662f\u81fa\u5927\u5230\u5317\u6d77\u9053\u5927\u5b78\u4ea4\u63db\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f4d\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u81fa\u5927\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u66f4\u7559\u5728\u5317\u6d77\u9053\u5927\u5b78\u653b\u8b80\u78a9\u58eb\u8207\u535a\u58eb\u300223\u5e74\u5f8c\u7684\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u4ed6\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u9ec3\u8a69\u6df3\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u81fa\u5927\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b78\u9662\u7684\u526f\u9662\u9577\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u4ee3\u8868\u81fa\u5927\u63a5\u5f85\u6069\u5e2b\u9234\u6728\u6559\u6388\u7684\u5b78\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n

23\u5e74\u7684\u627f\u8afe\uff1a\u7ffb\u8b6f\u81fa\u7063\u6cd5\u5f8b\u53f2\u7684\u625b\u9f0e\u4e4b\u4f5c<\/h4>\n

\u9019\u6b21\u662f\u9234\u6728\u6559\u6388\u7b2c\u4e09\u6b21\u4f86\u81fa\u5927\u9577\u671f\u5ba2\u5ea7\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u505a\u81fa\u7063\u8207\u4e2d\u570b\u5728\u5a01\u6b0a\u6642\u4ee3\u7684\u6bd4\u8f03\u6cd5\u7814\u7a76\u5916\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e5f\u8981\u514c\u73fe23\u5e74\u524d\u7684\u627f\u8afe\u3002\u9234\u6728\u6559\u6388\u904e\u53bb\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u6cd5\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4f86\u5230\u81fa\u5927\u5f8c\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9664\u4e86\u53d7\u5230\u6c11\u521d\u65bc\u5927\u9678\u5730\u5340\u6642\u671f\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5f71\u97ff\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u65e5\u672c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u5f71\u5b50\uff0c\u5169\u8005\u5408\u6d41\u5f8c\u537b\u53c8\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u81fa\u7063\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9ad4\u7cfb\u3002\u4ed6\u572823\u5e74\u524d\u4fbf\u5411\u958b\u5275\u6b64\u300c\u81fa\u7063\u6cd5\u5f8b\u53f2\u300d\u9818\u57df\u7684\u81fa\u5927\u738b\u6cf0\u5347\u8b1b\u5ea7\u6559\u6388\u7d04\u5b9a\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u8981\u5c07\u5176\u8457\u4f5c\u300a\u53f0\u7063\u6cd5\u5f8b\u53f2\u6982\u8ad6\u300b\u7ffb\u8b6f\u70ba\u65e5\u6587\uff0c\u8b93\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u4e5f\u8a8d\u8b58\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6f14\u9032\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u9234\u6728\u6559\u6388\u4e5f\u6703\u8d81\u8457\u9019\u6b21\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u9577\u671f\u5ba2\u5ea7\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u5c07\u300a\u53f0\u7063\u6cd5\u5f8b\u53f2\u6982\u8ad6\u300b\u7ffb\u8b6f\u51fa\u7248\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5510\u9cf3\u653f\u59d4\u89aa\u81ea\u63a8\u85a6\uff0c\u51fa\u7248\u300a\u53f0\u6e7e\u540c\u6027\u5a5a\u6cd5\u306e\u8a95\u751f\u300b<\/h4>\n
