Fellowship Scholars

Eligibility of Applicants

Fellow Scholars are with fellowship/ grants /projects funding supported by Taiwan government sectors or foreign government. In general, the scholars are not with employment status with NTU. The sources are as below:

1. Foundation for scholarly exchange, Fulbright Taiwan
   
   

   Fulbright Taiwan encourages all level of academic exchange between Taiwan and U. S. A. Scholarly Exchange can be seen as important deliver of professions and friendship.

   【Fulbrighter with NTU employment status (offering course at NTU) may be waived NTU Visiting Scholar Fee by official notification by Fulbright Taiwan】
    

2. Taiwan Fellowship, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
   【Awardees should pay for NTU Visiting Scholar Fee】

   MOFA Taiwan Fellowship is to award foreign experts and scholars interested in researches related to Taiwan.

   Fellowship awardees should seek the approval of a NTU host and join the NTU visiting scholar program.

3. Research Grant from Center of Chinese Studies, National Central Library

   【Awardees should pay for NTU Visiting Scholar Fee】

   Center for Chinese studies implemented the Research Grant for Foreign Scholars in Chinese Studies program. Grant awardees should seek the approval of a NTU host and join the NTU visiting scholar program.
   
   

   NTU Exchange Faculty Program 

   NTU provides the following faculty exchange programs to encourage NTU faculty to engage in research and teaching cooperation with partner universities. If you are interested in coming to NTU as an exchange scholar, please refer to our list of faculty exchange partners then contact your international office for nomination.
