Scholars who request airport pick-up service must complete this form and email ( intlscholar@ntu.edu.tw ) or fax ( +886-2-2362-006 ) it to the OIA office at least one month prior to arrival. Please note that we only offer airport pick-up services for flights landing between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Our student ambassadors will meet you at the airport. Scholars will pay for their own transportation fees.

Kindly fill out our service request form according to your needs. Please sent in your request at least one month prior to date of assistance. Please also email us a clear photo of yourself so we can make the NTU ID card for you, also a profile photo for us to create your individual page. A confirmation email will be sent later to the address you filled out above. Our student ambassadors will provide information, assistance and translation services mentioned above. The service(s) will be provided within 3 weeks after picking up your welcome package. If you have further request, please contact OIA or your host department. Visiting scholar

All visiting scholars must have a NTU host ( i.e., faculty member, Dean, Director, Department, Research institute ).

First check our list of colleges and departments and find a match with your area of interest; then simply contact them.

Once a prospective visitor and host have agreed on a period of appointment, the host or his/her representative will send you a formal invitation letter.

To fully enroll yourself in the program, please apply via our online application system.
