I am currently working as a national government official in South Korea, responsible for human resource-related duties. The proposed research, titled “Strategic Analysis and Application of HR Systems: A Comparative Study between Taiwan and Korea,” focuses on a comparative study of HR systems in Taiwan and Korea. I am looking forward to deepening my research during my stay at NTU.
