My current research centers on non-thermal processing and microencapsulation of bioactive compounds from plant materials to develop functional and sustainable food ingredients. I have published extensively in high-impact journals on topics such as ultrasound-assisted extraction, UV-based preservation, and encapsulation technologies. My long-term goal is to advance research on natural food preservation and value-added use of plant-based by-products to promote health and sustainability in food systems.
