Scholar contact college / department or professors
1 College / department or professor agrees to host & provides official invitation letter
2 Department provide the application link to scholar for online application
3 Applicant complete registration online
4 OIA Global Scholar HUB approve the application and email notify applicant.
5 OIA Global Scholar prepare for scholar package and arrival arrangement
6 Scholar reserve a meeting time with OIA Global Scholar
7 Meet and greet and payment for Visiting scholar service fee.
