Andrew Fernando Pakpahan, S.Si., M.T., Ph.D., earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Universitas Advent Indonesia (UNAI), Bandung. He obtained his Master of Informatics degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 2011. In 2014, he commenced his doctoral studies on a full scholarship and received his Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from Yuan Ze University, Taiwan, in 2018. He is an active researcher who has published in internationally reputable journals. He has published in or reviewed for esteemed journals including the IEEE Journal of Optical Communication and Networking, IEEE Access, IEEE Networks, and IEEE Systems. His research interests include Information Systems Development, Computer Networking, Passive Optical Networks, Software-Defined Networking, and Network Quality of Service. Currently, he is an active lecturer and serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology at Universitas Advent Indonesia (UNAI), Bandung, Indonesia.
